TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN WEST CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • Amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months, or

  • US $100

Unresolved disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado through JAMS, except where prohibited by law.

Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
